AAP Classification for 2017[edit]

I would like to update the information on the Periodontology article under the Periodontal diseases section with the 2017 Disease Classification. Toothscraper (talk) 00:04, 1 March 2023 (UTC

Unsourced Dental surgery[edit]

Hello -- Dental surgery has been completely unsourced since November 2007 and is now among the oldest unsourced articles. If someone could add at least one or two academic sources that would be very helpful. Embarrassingly I've tried but failed to find an online non-commercial source that supports the use of the term as described. Thanks, Espresso Addict (talk) 10:47, 20 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Second permanent teeth[edit]

Is there any article about second permanent teeth/article related to dental research or future of dentistry? Eurohunter (talk) 22:06, 4 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Self-citing in dentistry related articles[edit]

Would someone from this WikiProject mind taking a look at some of the recent contributions of Rmarshalldmd. They appear to be adding citations to their own website (like this) to various dentristry related articles that seem problematic per both WP:CITESELF and WP:MEDCOI. Perhaps they're a dentist because of their of username and the COI declaration on their user page, and may actually be a type of "subject expert"; the links themselves, howebver, seem rather WP:SPAMMY and not really in accordance with WP:MEDRS. -- Marchjuly (talk) 07:41, 31 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
