First three accounts blocked per WP:DUCK. Last two accounts picked up by poorman's CU. No edits by these accounts, but the account names point to sockpuppets. Requesting confirmation, sweep for sleepers, and possibility of new/reset hard blocks of IPs. Conform earlier SPIs, Papatito is making new variations on the Kanyabigega-theme. Kanyabigega Silas..Buhake (once) and Kanyabigega Silas. Sila (twice) are already removed. Also removed the blp prod-template on Kanyabigega Silas S.

Biranoze created Kanyabigega Silas S. (It looks that I was very gently with only prodding it.) claiming it was own work (in fact a 100% copy of Wikia).
