Scott5114 says (bogus CSD; this is a fork of an existing Wikipedia page which is allowed per CC-BY-SA). I say it is an unnecessary long term copy of the mainspace article forbidden by WP:UP#COPIES. • Keep. Deletion rationale displays a fundamental misunderstanding of the purpose of the Draft space. This was a work-in-progress to convert List of state highways in Utah to follow WikiProject guidelines (i.e. to reformat for consistency with other pages) which I forgot I was working on. • Keep. While it appears to look similar, as Scott said this is a work-in-progress to convert to a project-standard template. It's a huge undertaking for any list of this size and warrants work in a draft space so as to not make the live article look like an incomprehensible mess. • Question This draft was started in April 2014 and remains incomplete some two years later? There have been changes to the mainspace version in that time period. Are those being incorporated into this draft? I'm all for creating drafts but two years is a while and I'd say at least post a note on the mainspace talk page and maybe others will assist. • Keep. Long term use of copied content is usually a bad idea, due to risks of attribution failures. However, list articles have the least risk of this, and Scott appears aware of what he is doing.
