Content heard in sample can be already understood by free text. Readers will already understand that the song is a hip-hop/rap song without the sample. Commons says this photo was taken in 1917 and is in public domain (see File:Henry Skinner West (1870-1961) portrait.jpg). However, the source page doesn't say the photo was published in 1917, only that the subject was the school's principal from 1917 to 1920. If this photo is indeed in public domain, then we could delete the local version and use the one on Commons. Otherwise, the images on Commons should be nominated for deletion. • Comment Should be in the public domain per the link Wikiacc| provided, but it is questionable whether we need our own inferior version of this image.
