This file fail Wikipedia's first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a free image might reasonably be found or created that adequately provides the same information, or which could be adequately covered with text alone because c:File:Slogan_for_the_100th_anniversary of_the_founding_of_the_Communist_Party of_China_20210611.jpg is contains the body of the logo, with the text below is PD-textlogo. While the two articles this image is used in do discuss the characters' relationship, discussion of the image itself is what is really needed to meet WP:NFCC #8.
