• Delete, although I'm open to being persuaded otherwise. I agree with the nominator that Kotia's roles – mostly just minor appearances – aren't significant to qualify under WP:NACTOR #1. He did win the Indian Telly Award for Best Child Artiste - Male, but I don't think that can be considered a "well-known and significant award" for purposes of WP:ANYBIO #1. The question of whether Kotia meets the GNG is a closer call, but most of the sourcing available seems to be the sort of tabloid-style news coverage of questionable reliability that WP:NOTNEWS counsels us against using. My bottom-line conclusion is that Kotia seems to be on a promising path, but at the moment it's a bit too soon for him to be deemed notable.
