I stumbled upon this after from ongoing Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Contestant. At first, I thought about proposing a merger to much better Gamer, but the sourced content is just a common-sense definition for the sentence that "most games require players" (really? and most? Well, I guess there are zero player games but sigh). There is also player (sport) that I redirected to Athlete. In summary, this article seems like a poor quality, essentially unreferenced stub fork of gamer and should redirect there. _{Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here} 10:15, 7 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

• Redirect to Gameplay as a WP:ATD. It basically means the same thing, "the specific way in which players interact with a game". Although the article is also in a really poor state, it has more potential for improvement. ᴢxᴄᴠʙɴᴍ (ᴛ) 11:03, 7 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
• Redirect to Gamer per nom. The article is an unnecessary content fork that fails WP:NOTDICT. Gamer would be the more applicable article for people searching for Player (game) since it refers to the person playing rather than the gameplay itself.
