I thought i posted a comment earlier but it seems not have been saved properly by me. I had found and linked to an interesting news article titled "The Rise and Fall of Civil War Reenactments" approximately (oh here it is, in TheWeek.Com, which covers the phenomenon and covered the Blue/Gray Alliance or Blue-Gray Alliance, apparently another group.
