As argued by User:Bonewah in response to a Third opinion, this article does not seem to meet the notability criteria. The bar was opened in 2019, and has been discussed in local press and in more routine reviews that do not help establish notability per WP:RESTAURANTREVIEWS. • Redirect to Bendigo#Culture and events (where it's mentioned) as an alternative to deletion. I would prefer, however, that in doing so, the page's history is preserved as it seems likely to become more notable in future and I'd hate for the work I'd put in to go to waste. I created the article believing it held notability, but I see now any notability it does have is bare-bones at best, having understood the arguments put forward by both you and Bonewah.
