There is no indication of notability for this housing development. I cannot find it on the map. The original author has made similar contributions that were speedily deleted a decade ago. The style of writing in first person ("my neighborhood") is not encyclopedic. Most importantly, I don´t think this urban housing development is notable enough to have an article on Wikipedia.   Delete as not meeting WP:NBUILDING. The property development is called 江南文枢苑. From searches I see no indication of special social, cultural, architectural importance. The cites are basically broken/spam links. Oblivy (talk) 01:49, 30 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
