• Delete - an easy decision. Not sure what the intent was in the first place? With the "P" as a capital letter might mean one particular group, such as a US federal agency, but maybe it was about how various police forces might use the Internet? Or policing the Internet? There is also the Internet police article which lists a few countries that do censorship. That capital "P" makes no sense unless there is one specific group you want to name.
