There's 54 cited references in the article. Most of the sources describe him as a businessman, software engineer, or political activist/advocate. I think that's apparent from the intro alone but a basic Google search easily supports this. The only reason Ken Block (businessman) exists is because that was the original name of the page before it was moved to its current name. Many people (and most of the sources in the article) describe Block a small business owner turned political activist.
