I would like to point out that I simply prevent vandalism to articles ... if Spuh had found a real discussion of the weight problem and added it to the article, I would not have responded. What I responded to were deceitful edit summaries, improper use of multiple accounts, and insulting language.

I appreciate your efforts to combat vandalism, and I concede that some of the remarks I made were perhaps overly hostile. However, there have in fact been many discussions of Raven's weight problems carried out in interviews and articles in perfectly legitimate publications. I completely agree that Spuh took the wrong approach, and I too am guilty of foul play, in that I logged on with two separate accounts to generate phony support for a certain position. However, Spuh and I are by no means alone in believing that this topic should be admitted for serious discussion. I hope that, once one of the many available articles is produced (either by me or by anyone who is aware of the issue), it will not be immediately assumed to be vandalism.
