Molecular Gastronomy[edit]

I love what you have been doing to this article, it is still at the "start" level however. Stop by Wikipedia:WikiProject Food and drink/Assessment which lists the criteria for rating articles within our project. Also don't blank the rating to have someone change the rating, the best way is to goto the project's discussion page and request someone to look at the article.
