Of course he is... To even ask is to waste time. He uses this account and DrJoe on his IP address (sometimes not logged in) to make the exact same comments (sometimes copy and paste kind of things, that sort of exact same comments, not just similar) with the exact same peculiar text formatting (random carriage returns before the end of a sentence) as Beckjord does.
