The gossip around the soundtrack release party is not notable to this article - who came to the party, what actor was unable to make it due to weather (especially when the reason is put in quotes, which is a way of making content seem questionable). Singam 2 final gross was not exactly 100 crore...the deccan chronicle reference says it grossed over 100 crore...over 100 crore can be 110 cr, 120, 130 or even 150...but dont worry... because i'll tell u how the new ibtimes article solves this.

According to this, the final worldwide shares of some films, Kaththi 68 cr, Thuppakki 69 cr and Singam 2 67 cr..this proves that their worldwide grosses are somewhat same, so if Thuppakki grossed 125 crore (http://m.ibtimes.co.in/will-vijay039s-039thalaivaa039-outperform-039thuppakki039-494466), then Singam 2 has grossed atleast 120 crore for sure but not 125 cr...so the gross is definitely 120-122 cr..i'm going to give it 120 with this reference...so unless u can prove me wrong or give a better reference which gives a different worldwide gross, do not remove the gross or source..This is necessary because there is no source which gives the exact gross fro this film and it needs to be proved for the sake of the vandalizing Vijay fans.

singam 2 final world wide gross is 124 crores. tamilboxoffice1.com is the leading websites for box office collections. and they are doing a brilliant job by giving actual figures. There are many news web sites but they just publish a figure randomly. sometimes even producer lies. tamilboxoffice1.com gives 99% reliable figures. I am watching it's action day by day and they never give fake collections. I am requesting to edit box office collections to many tamil movies but i get a warning report from them. Tamilboxoffice1.com is a blog, and blogs are not suitable for inclusion as a reference per WP:UGC. Unless you can demonstrate that they are well-recognized by reliable mainstream sources as a valid authority, they should absolutely not be used. Yes, we are aware that producers lie, which is why we do not use primary sources.
