Peter Parker (The Amazing Spider-Man film series) → Peter Parker (Marc Webb film series) – Not only to trim the article title but keep it consistent with Peter Parker (Sam Raimi film series) in terms of article titles. Armegon (talk) 00:45, 18 December 2021 (UTC)
- Oppose - While I feel like the name is more consistence with Peter Parker (Sam Raimi film series), I think the current name, "Peter Parker (The Amazing Spider-Man film series)", fits because the duology of films Garfield is in has been named the "The Amazing Spider-Man" movies. -- PanchamBro (talk • contributions) 14:42, 18 December 2021 (UTC)
- Oppose as a bit obscure. IF a change is in order (I don't think it is), then disambiguating with the actor's name would be far more WP:RECOGNIZABLE. -- Netoholic @ 17:56, 18 December 2021 (UTC)
- Comment: Those already exist as redirects. Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield) redirects to this page, while Spider-Man (Tobey Maguire) and Spider-Man (Tom Holland) redirect to their respective versions.--WuTang94 (talk) 20:48, 20 December 2021 (UTC)
- Oppose - I've never really seen The Amazing Spider-Man movies be described as the Marc Webb series while the Sam Raimi trilogy is generally known that way. Saimcheeda (talk) 10:30, 19 December 2021 (UTC)
- Oppose - Completely fine as it is. --Sricsi (talk) 10:31, 19 December 2021 (UTC)
- Oppose. I'd also argue that the Sam Raimi disambiguation would be better with the year disambiguation, which is what the films themselves use Spider-Man (2002 film). Gonnym (talk) 11:05, 19 December 2021 (UTC)
- Oppose for reasons above, as cool of a name as Webb is ☞ Rim < Talk | Edits > 12:39, 19 December 2021 (UTC)
- Oppose, what's the sense of that change? It's better some like Amazing Spider Man, as in Marvel.com.OscarFercho (talk) 01:12, 23 December 2021 (UTC)
