Declined While this weapon may have been designed in Isreal and used in the Arab-Israeli conflict, it is also a common weapon used throughout the world and is not exclusive to this conflict. I think it strains credulity to assume that this weapon falls under arbitration enforcement for the Arab-Israeli conflict.
