DescriptionEffectiveness of vortioxetine at different doses versus placebo and duloxetine in the treatment of major depressive disorder in adults.png
English: Effectiveness of vortioxetine (Trintellix) at different doses (10, 15, 20, and 20 mg/day) versus placebo (two groups) and duloxetine (60 mg/day) in the treatment of major depressive disorder in adults over 8 weeks of treatment in two randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trials. Improvement of depression was measured as the mean change from baseline in total score on the Montgomery–Åsberg Depression Rating Scale (MADRS). Changes in MADRS scores at week 8 in the case of placebo were –10.8 to –12.8, for vortioxetine were –13.0 at 10 mg/day, –14.3 at 15 mg/day, and –14.4 to –15.6 at 20 mg/day, and for duloxetine 60 mg/day was –16.9.
