Should Cirt's continued editing raise further concerns about his compliance with the BLP policy, the Committee may expand the scope of this restriction by motion to include all editing relating to living persons. Since TopGun (talk · contribs) refuses to acknowledge the revert restriction imposed by Bwilkins, considering that TopGun has often been blocked in the past for edit warring and that, in various occasions, he's shown a disturbing battleground mentality, I propose that the community place him under an indefinite WP:1RR.
