http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Shining_(film)#In_popular_culture do any of the articles listed there as reference "indicate encyclopedic content"? a lot of the sites listed there are very similar to the ones i used.

April 2012

Please stop adding unsourced trivial content to articles as you have been doing to John Harington (writer). in order to be encyclopedic , a "in popular culture section needs to have a secondary source discussing the actual impact, and not just "I saw it here." Wikipedia is not a reliable source.-- The Red Pen of Doom 00:29, 13 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

alright, i'll link to the actual website then. thanks.

while you provided sources, all the sources do is say that JH appeared in the episode and so you have not addressed the Trivia concern. SouthPark appearance is WP:UNDUE coverage. -- The Red Pen of Doom 03:13, 14 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

did you even look at the av club article? it pretty much confirms almost word for word what's written in the article. Deadglamour (talk) 03:28, 14 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

and and that article did nothing to indicate any encyclopedic content. ZERO. remember, wikipedia is an encyclopedia. if you want to create a south park fansite, go ahead, but dont do it here.-- The Red Pen of Doom 03:31, 14 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
