Also, please be careful, as you are approaching [[WP:3RR]] with your recent edits. I see no reason to leave you templates about vandalism, defaming, removing sourced material, and all the usual recourses editors like my self have to dealing with anonymous IPs like you, instead, I'm sure we can work together to improve both articles, but while you engage in petty vandalism and inserting unsourced, biased statements, that cannot occur. Welcome

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

You are welcome to continue editing articles without logging in, but you may wish to create an account. Doing so is free, requires no personal information, and provides several benefits. For one thing, if you edit without a username, your IP address is used to identify you instead.

In any case, I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your comments on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your IP address (or username if you're logged in) and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question and then place {{helpme}} before the question on your talk page. Again, welcome!--Jeremyb 05:40, 29 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. Please don't forget to provide an edit summary, which wasn't included with your recent edit to Stamford, Connecticut. Thank you.

By the way, it's generally a good idea to discuss large scale changes like you've been doing at Stamford, Connecticut on the talk page. Thanks. Jeremyb 05:37, 29 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
I agree with Jeremyb. I've reverted a number of the edits, but if you feel strongly about them, please bring the matter up on the talk pages with your reasons for changing, and I'm sure we and other editors can all come to a consensus agreement. Thanks, Noroton 02:46, 30 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions, but please do not add unsourced, and potentially defamatory information to Wikipedia, as you did to Gregory R. Ball on two occasions. For your information, I am not an employee of the New York State Assembly, and I have never met Greg Ball or John Degnan, so there is no need for a "Freedom of Information Request". I clearly list my occupation in my user profile. I have edited hundreds of articles on the area as part of Wikipedia:WikiProject Hudson Valley, and in total I have over 9000 edits in my two years on Wikipedia. I originally began editing the article on Greg Ball after numerous anonymous attempts at vandalism (from your IP range) were made to his biography, a few of which have been deleted from the article's history due to their libelous nature. I improved the article to WP:Good Article status a year ago, long before any article on John Degnan ever existed.

As far as I know, members of the Senate and Assembly are free to make edits to Wikipedia, there is no law against it, and the IP address of the New York State Senate does so every day (see User talk:63.118.56.110 (Contributions). You may wish to familiarize yourself with Wikipedia:No Legal Threats. I am sorry if the neutral tone of a few of my many articles does not agree with, but since the articles have been peer reviewed, I would suspect they are disagreeable to you because they do not conform to your POV. I would be happy to work with you to improve both of them in the future. MrPrada (talk) 03:40, 29 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
