Star Sisterz is a collectible card and charm bracelet game, aimed primarily at young girls (ages 8-12), from Wizards of the Coast (a subsidiary of Hasbro). It is based on 'truth or dare' and features fashion elements.
There is also a series of books based on the game. The first book was titled Nova Rocks, by Tea Emesse (ISBN 0-7869-3625-8). The second was titled Carmen Dives In, by Linda Johns (ISBN 0-7869-3714-9).
