Shiv Prakash (born 1 August 1967) is an Indian politician and the current National Joint Organization General Secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party.
National Jt General Secretary Organisation.[1] in Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP). Before this he has been in the key role of Kshetra Pracharak in Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). Being Pracharak in Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh for 28 years; ShivPrakash is known for his organizational skills[2][3][4]. In 2020, The Bareilly International University has awarded him the Honorary Doctorate in Human letters.
Early life and Education
ShivPrakash was born on 1st August 1967 in a small village of Birubala, in Moradabad district of Uttar Pradesh. He completed his graduation (BA) and post-graduation (MA) from Rohilkhand University. Before starting his RSS advent he started teaching as Acharya in Saraswati Shishu Mandir.
Social Life and Political life
His social and public life began in 1986 as Tehsil Pracharak of Rashtriya Swayamsevak sangh. In 2008 RSS gave him the responsibility of Kshetra Pracharak of western Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand region. He was transferred to BJP in 2014 to take charge as National Jt Gen Secretary Org.[5][6][7]
