Radoslav Holúbek (born 28 November 1975) is a Slovak hurdler specializing in the 400 metres hurdles, who also was a member of the national record-breaking Slovak 4 × 400 m relay team. He is a three-time Slovak Athletic Federation outdoor championships winner in the hurdles, and he was the 1995 indoor championships flat 400 m winner.[2][3]

At the 1994 World U20 Championships, he advanced to the semi-finals of the 400 m hurdles by finishing 3rd in his heat. He placed 6th in his semi-final, failing to advance to the finals by 0.45 seconds.[1]

He competed in the men's 4 × 400 metres relay at the 2000 Summer Olympics, as well as the 400 metres hurdles where he finished 7th in his heat.[4]
