Pavel Ustinov (Russian: Павел Устинов) (born December 26, 1995 in Krasnoyarsk Krai) is a Russian actor.[1]

Biography

Ustinov moved to Moscow after attending school. He graduated in 2017 from The Higher School of Performing Arts. He has starred in the television series Morozov and has come to star in Fyodor Bondarshuk's film Pritaženie (2017).[2][3] Ustinov accidentally hit the scene during a demonstration in Moscow in August 2019 which were taking place in the context of the 2019 election to the Moscow City Duma. He was arrested and sentenced to 3.5 years in prison. The court did not watch the video showing Ustinov standing still as police rushed towards him. There was widespread opposition to the ruling, and countless public figures commented on it, including those close to the authorities and the Russian state-controlled media. On September 20, Ustinov was released pending trial.[4] In September 2019, a queue was held near the Presidential Administration Office for a demonstration in which signboards took turns to present their views. In Russia, only a single person can demonstrate without prior permission.
