Palay Khan (Pashto: پالے خان, 1888-1951), also referred to as Palay Shah, was an ethnic Pashtun freedom fighter and commander of the group that fought against the British Raj in 1930, at Baluchistan (a Commissionerate Province). Palay Khan never accepted any agreement between his freedom fighters group and the British Raj, against some compensation in his favor. The British Raj promised him that they would agreed to implement the Tribal Laws as the Constitution and Laws in his land.[citation needed]
