New Thought Music A term given to musical works that embody the theological doctrines of the New Thought Movement Religions such as Religious Science, Unity Church, Unitarian Universalists and Christian Scientist. Many songs are crafted in the style of affirmation chants (or mantras). Lyrics are generally centered around a theme of self awareness and ones divinity.
