Location of Worcester County in Massachusetts

This is a list of the National Register of Historic Places listings in Worcester County, Massachusetts. It is intended to be a complete list of the properties and districts on the National Register of Historic Places in Worcester County, Massachusetts, United States. The locations of National Register properties and districts for which the latitude and longitude coordinates are included below, may be seen in a Google map.[1]

There are 619 properties and districts listed on the National Register in the county, including 7 National Historic Landmarks. The cities of Southbridge and Worcester and the town of Uxbridge contain 410 of these listings and 2 National Historic Landmarks; each of the three communities has its own list of properties and districts. The remaining 209 properties and districts, including 5 National Historic Landmarks, are located in the remaining parts of the county, and are listed here. One site, the Blackstone Canal, lies partially in Uxbridge and partially in Northbridge.
