Restored proper cited information. I read he was initiated initially in the soharwardy silsila in his biography, "Tazkira Qalandar Baba Auliya". I have removed it just because it was an extra detail and I understand it can cause confusion. You can go read it yourself as it is cited. The name hassan ukhra can be found his official family tree, or Shijrah in urdu. It is all cited.

Imam Hassan Ukhra Muhammad Azeem Barkhiya (1898 – 27 January 1979) (Urdu: امام حسن اخرٰی محمد عظیم برخیا), commonly referred to as Qalandar Baba Auliya (Urdu: قلندر بابا اولیاء), was the founding Imam and Spiritual Master of the Azeemiyya Sufi Order, which takes its name from him. He was a Scholar of Tassawuf, and is considered to be of the Abdāl, commonly being known by his honorific "Abdāl Haqq" (Urdu: ابدال حق).[1]

He appointed Khawaja Shamsuddin Azeemi as head of the Silsila, and passed on the 27th of January, 1979. Every year on the 27th of January, his Urs (Death Anniversary) is conducted in which members of the Silsila congregate to recite the Qur'ān and conduct gathering on matters of Tassawuf. His resting place is located in the Shadman district of Karachi, Pakistan.[2]
