Headstrong is the debut solo album by High School Musical and The Suite Life of Zack & Cody star Ashley Tisdale. The album features the hits "Be Good to Me" (featuring David Jassy) and He Said She Said with 2 new singles "Not Like That" and "Suddenly". The album was released on February 6, 2007 in the United States via Warner Bros Records. Tisdale promoted the album during their Headstrong Tour Across America and then promoted on the High School Musical Tour.

The album debuted at #5 on the Billboard 200 with 64,000 copies sold in its first week.[2]

This album was #6 on "Album of The Year" by Billboard Readers' Choice. [3]

The There's Something About Ashley: A Music Video Trilogy trailer premiered on Tisdale's Youtube channel September 12, 2007. The video states that the DVD will be released November 13, 2007. The 3 music videos are blend into a mini movie by a storyline that progresses through each song. The DVD was included in the Headstrong Holiday Edition pack, along with a bracelet that Ashley had dseigned.

"Headstrong" debuted at no. 5 on the Billboard 200 with over 64,000 copies sold in it's first week. The following week it dropped down, selling about 27,000 copies. Due to little promotion, "Headstrong" quickly fell off the charts, but later re-entered the Billboard 200 once Ashley Tisdale began to promote the single "He Said She Said." To date the album has sold over 400,000 copies in the U.S, and is expected to sell at least 500,000 units by summer of 2008.
