Dayton Xzavier Wade (born September 8, 2000) is an American football wide receiver for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Ole Miss Rebels and for the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers.

Early life and high school[edit]

Coming out of high school, Wade was rated as a three star recruit, where he decided to commit to play college football for the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers.[1][2]

College career[edit]

In Wade's first collegiate season in 2019, he hauled in one reception for ten yards.[3] During the 2020 season, Wade hauled in 22 receptions for 190 yards.[4] In the 2021 season, Wade played in just three game, recording no statistics before suffering an injury.[5] After the conclusion of the 2021 season, Wade decided to enter his name into the NCAA transfer portal.[6]

Ole Miss[edit]

Wade decided to transfer to play for the Ole Miss Rebels as a walk-on.[7][8] In the 2022 season, Wade totaled 27 receptions for 309 yards and three touchdowns.[9] In week ten of the 2023 season, Wade hauled in eight receptions for 120 yards and a touchdown in a win over Vanderbilt.[10] During the 2023 season, Wade has a breakout season hauling in 55 receptions for 830 yards and four touchdowns.[11][12] After the conclusion of the 2023 season, Wade decided to declare for the 2024 NFL draft.[13][14]

After not being selected in the 2024 NFL draft, Wade signed with the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent.[16][17]
