Agstetv (Armenian: Աղստև Azerbaijani: ağstafacay) is a river in Armenia and Azerbaijan, and is a right tributary of the Kura River.
Aghstev has a length of 133 km, and a basin area of 2589 km². Along the river lie the cities of Dilijan, Ijevan and Gazakh.
