Guidelines include account age at least 90 days old, at least 500 edits to mainspace, demonstrated knowledge of page quality control (usually shown through participation in processes such as WP:AFD, WP:CSD, WP:AFC reviewing, etc.), no blocks or 3RR violations in the past 6 months, and no indications of undisclosed paid editing. Applicants should show some evidence that they generally meet the guidelines, have a demonstrated need for the right, and that they have read and fully understood the tutorial at Wikipedia:New pages patrol. Editors may want to consider WP:NPPSCHOOL before applying.

I have over 120 new articles under my belt, mostly relating to medieval history, monasteries, saints, and geographical features. I am familiar with the kinds of content that would fall under CSD criteria, since I have experience wikifying new pages and tagging obviously problematic new pages for speedy deletion. Familiar with guidelines on AfC, AfD, notability, and proper sourcing, and also draftifying new articles and rating talk pages using scripts. Besides doing my volunteer work in Wikipedia, I have a full time job which I worked 14 hours yesterday and could not reply as soon as you wish.  Not done. Thank you for volunteering, but I'm going to decline this for now. We typically look for a demonstrated history of experience with notability guidelines and an ability to communicate with other users clearly. Experience with notability guidelines can show up in many forms, including particiation at Articles for deletion or Articles for Creation and deletion tagging (PROD and speedy deletion). I'm not seeing any experience with this, aside from experience with creating articles (which I very much appreciate your effort in). Additionally, communication is important at NPP, and I'm not seeing enough of it (40 talk page edits and 73 user talk page edits totals) to demonstrate that you're comfortable with communicating what an issue with an article may be. I encourage you to participate at Articles for Deletion and to make policy based votes to show an understanding of our policies and to re-apply in a little bit after doing so. Thank you @Aviram7, but the information you specified is typically something that an admin would come across in their review of the user prior to granting them the permission. Generally, non-admins are discouraged from commenting unless there's something one wishes to share that they would not expect the reviewing admin to notice.
