[edit] Broadcast date

I knwo the date in the infobox is the date of the live Doctor Who Prom (which is braodcast live on Radio 3), but it appears that it won't be on TV that day - any reliable source on when it'll be on BBC ONE? - How will we handle the braodcast date in the infobox then? Perhaps note the live Radio 3 broadcast and the delayed BBC ONE broadcast? Etron81 (talk) 14:51, 15 July 2008 (UTC)

Something like the "Original Channel" section on the Torchwood page infobox. i.e.
BBC Radio 3: 27 July 2008 (audio only)
BBC One: 30 July 2008
Or something like that anyway! I'm sure there is some sort of format we can find to cover it. And just to clarify, the 30 July is just a random date I plucked out of the air, nothing concrete! Clockwork Apricot (talk) 23:39, 20 July 2008 (UTC)

I have added details of it's broadcast (complete with source), I hope that is ok. It seems that it will be shown th the Doctor Who website during the interval which begins at 11.40am GMT. magnius (talk) 16:38, 26 July 2008 (UTC)

Somebody deleted my reference without explaining why, I have readded it as I believe it to be a perfectly useful reference to when and where the cutaway will be broadcast. The link is here http://www.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho/s4/misc/proms/ and it is very specific and official. magnius (talk) 16:56, 26 July 2008 (UTC)
BBC One: TBA - are you sure it's even going to be on BBC One? BBC Four shows the Proms and BBC Two braodcasts highlights. So if it's on TV at all, it would surely be one of those, not BBC One. Digifiend (talk) 11:02, 28 July 2008 (UTC)
It's mentioned that it was flmed for BBC One here: [1] Etron81 (talk) 13:47, 28 July 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Graske

It is pretty clear now that the Graske WILL be in the Proms episode, I have added a link that has a pictured scene from the cutaway. So I think that it should remain this time. Please feel free to over rule me if you still feel that a screen cap from the episode is not proof enough. magnius (talk) 14:12, 24 July 2008 (UTC)

While that may be proof, I don't think we should cite blogs. If it's in DWM 398 as the blog claims, we can cite that. I have dropped a line with another editor who has DWM 398 and asked him to change it if possible. So#Why 14:15, 24 July 2008 (UTC)

Fair enough, but I do think that it is proof enough that the Graske are definitely set to appear, you don't get better proof than a screen cap :) Do we know for a fact that Jimmy Vee is the graske though? magnius (talk) 14:24, 24 July 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Featured

This article is looking really good! Well written and well sourced. Maybe it would be worth attemping to get it featured? All Grown Up Whovian 16:22, 28 July 2008 (UTC)

I'd like that, but I think it may be best to wait until after the BBC One transmission as then we can fix the details for that. Also, does it have to reach Good Article status before it can be featured? Wolf of Fenric (talk) 16:43, 28 July 2008 (UTC)
