Gary Randall Born in Mt. Carmel and raised in Lick Prairie. Attended Mt. Carmel High School. Has written and published two books. "Tales Out of Life" a collection of stories about growing up in rural Southern Illinois. His second book "Dance Until It Rains" is an action-adventure, romantic comedy. Gary currently resides in Muncie, Indiana.
