Tereza Petržilková (born 10 September 1993) is a Czech athlete.[2] She competed in the mixed 4 × 400 metres relay event at the 2019 World Athletics Championships.[3] In 2023, she was a member of the mixed 4 × 400 metres relay team that got a bronze medal at the 2023 World Athletics Championships.[4]
