A group of Mycena on dead wood in Netherlands

This is a list of the fungus species in the genus Mycena. Many are plant pathogens.

As of 1 September 2023, the GBIF lists up to 1,431 species,[1] while Species Fungorum lists about 1,340 species (out of 1,954 records).[2] Around 600 species are accepted by Wijayawardene et al. 2020.[3]
