English: The nose of a patient diagnosed with trichodysplasia spinulosa, a skin condition caused by trichodysplasia spinulosa polyomavirus (TSPyV) found in immunocompromised individuals. Left panel shows characteristic findings of facial papules, protrusive keratotic spicules, and thickened skin; right panel shows appearance following 3 months of treatment with topical cidofovir.
