Summary

Description Cole Cemetery near the heart of the Sugarlands, GSMNP, in East Tennessee. An American flag has been placed on the grave of Vance Newman, who supported the U.S. in the U.S. Civil War. A Confederate flag has been placed over the grave of Henry Dodgen, who fought for the Confederacy. This cemetery is located just off the "Quiet Walkway" opposite the Huskey Gap Trailhead on US-441.
