Description Bryant Park Studios at 80 West 40th Street on the corner of Sixth Avenue (Avenue of the Americas) was built in 1900-01 as working spaces for artists, and was designed by Charles A. Rich in the French Beaux-Arts style. It was designated a New York City landmark on December 13, 1988. (Source: NYCLPC Designation Report)
