El Buur (Somali: Degmada Ceelbur) is a district in the central Galguduud region of Somalia
El Buur is primarily inhabited by the Murusade, Duduble and Waceysle clans, with the Murusade being the majority, followed by a small minority of Duduble along the eastern parts and the town, with Waceysle living next to the border of El Dher in towns like Cowsweyne.
