Mokksha (born 10 March 2000} is an Indian actress who appears in Bengali, Telugu and Malayalam films.[2] She is known for the films; Neethone Nenu (2023) and I Hate You (2024). She played the title role of Bhagavathy in the Malayalam film Kallanum Bhagavathiyum.[3] and it was released on 31 March 2023. Her first film was Filter Coffee Liquor Cha.
Early life
[edit]Mokksha was born Pritha Sengupta[4] in Barrackpore, Kolkata, West Bengal[5] and started her acting career in the Bengali film industry, where her role in the Bengali film Karma established her as a promising actress. Mokksha began her education at Douglas Memorial Higher Secondary School and later graduated from Ashutosh College, Kolkata, with a BSc in psychology (Hons).[6] She was a teacher at St. Augustine's Day School, Barrackpore.[7]
