That AFD discussion was relisted three times, we really don't relist any discussions four times unless it's happened by accident. And I still read this discussion as No consensus as I interpret Siroxo's comment as a Keep. I usually advise editors to wait awhile between AFDs but with the low participation, I think it's okay to bring this back to AFD for a second look. We have just been having problem getting more editors to participate in AFD discussions if the subjects aren't hot topics. But having both you and Asukite interested in weighing in on this future discussion would probably mean that this discussion wouldn't even need one relisting. Liz ^{Read! This was one of the most promotional articles I've come across. It was pure advertising. Wikipedia is an referenced encyclopedia, not a directory where article subjects can brag about their accomplishments.

If you enable email access for your account, I can email you the content of the article but I won't restore it, primarily because it would just be tagged for deletion and deleted again. There is no point in restoring an article only to have it deleted a few hours later. Let me know if you want the last version of the article emailed to you through Wikipedia's email system. One of the gadgets I have checked in preferences is Strike out usernames that have been blocked.

I find it helps you know whether to expect a reply if you should answer one of their posts.

Then I came across a post by BrownHairedGirl, and was surprised that her name was crossed out.

Whoa. Wasn't expecting to see that.

So, I traced the block back to the ArbCom case, and learned that it was the 3rd one in which she'd been held accountable, this last one being the final straw triggering an indefinite ban.

Whoa. Wasn't expecting to see that.

I knew about the first one, but not the later two.

ArbCom was really fed up this time, not even allowing her to edit her talk page during the ban.

Whoa. Wasn't expecting to see that.

End of an era.

On retrospect, should have seen it coming, but the community put up with her antics for so long, it was easy to believe that it would never end.

I have mixed feelings about the whole thing.

On the one hand, she was a talented prolific editor, and a major loss to the project.

On the other hand, all she had to do was tone it down, but she just couldn't bring herself to do that.

I just don't get it.

Well, I guess the drama reduction will do the project good.

Hopefully, she'll take the lesson to heart and come back with a refined attitude.

Dear Liz, I found that you deleted the page I created Lalitha Jewellery in the AFD discussion well before I could give my points and keep vote as I was out of town. I have lot more news articles to add in it and that jewellery has the world's largest jewellery showroom 130000 sq ft and over 50 outlets throughout South India and there are many factors that could be pointed out towards it notability through the news links. I glanced over the DRV and don't see the mandate to undelete a lot of pages so maybe I'll read it over more carefully. I've seen tens of thousands of G13 drafts and sandboxes and there have been very very few ones that have been labeled Outlines. So, maybe there aren't as many as you might anticipate.

I will say that I'm heading to bed in about an hour so you might alert the night crew (well, it's night for me) which is Explicit and Fastily about this. Yep, batch-undelete (the "und-batch" button in the Twinkle menu) works just like batch-delete except in the other direction. The only problem is that it doesn't remove any deletion tags or make any dummy edits, so I have to do that either by hand or with another script (like AutoWikiBrowser). Yes, I've tried looking at AWB years ago and found it mystifying. I run into problems with G13s though as we have several editors who use AWB to do mass-minor copy edits on drafts so we'll have a hundred drafts expiring over 10 minutes. Thank you but I'm doubtful. If you look at their talk page you can see that several editors have told them what I tried to tell them, in different words, and it wasn't received well. When a relatively inexperienced editor thinks they are right and just about everyone else is wrong, it's usually a sign that a NOTHERE block will eventually come their way (I don't block for this reason but there are plenty of admins who do). The only way to dig oneself out of this hole would be to have some humility, see other people's words as advice, not rebukes, and to move on from whatever dispute one has become enmeshed in. That takes a certain amount of maturity and foresight to see that one may lose an argument but become a better editor in the process and time will tell if this editor has those characteristics. It's unfortunate when an editor sees other folk's good intentioned warnings as "a pile-on" but that seems to have happened here. As you well know, some arguments go your way and some don't...if you are here for the long haul, you have to graciously live with both results. Liz ^{Read! In it @Jay has stated "As undeleter of Southern Pacific 4450, I'm at fault for failing to check the cumulative diff at the AfD. It would have shown how Delete was manipulated to Soft Delete. I would suggest re-deletion". Are you fine for me to go ahead with me readding the CSD G4 or would you prefer this to proceed to an AfD? There was also Southern Pacific 4451‎ which I had added a CSD G4 to, which was revived because of the same IP, but I quickly reverted that when I saw you turn down my speedy. I'm not very knowledgable about templates and guidelines surrounding them. I'd just look at examples of other musician's templates and work off of them. See Category:Musician templates and Wikipedia:Template index and just explore. More general information can be found at Help:Template.

If you want to do some homework, you could browse through WP:TFD discussions and see which templates are kept and which ones are deleted. By looking at TFD, you could see editors who are actively evaluating templates and ask them for advice. Sorry I couldn't answer your specific question. Liz ^{Read! Hello, Dr. Blofeld,

There are regularly about 75-100+ AFDs posted to the daily log page (see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Log/2023 November 18 as an example). When I compare today's log page with the same date in 2022, 2021, 2020 and 2019, there is a definite increase in number of discussions but I think it is still fewer AFDs than the "glory years" of 2006-2009 when so many pages were getting created and deleted. But I noticed this AFD increase occurring a few months ago at the beginning of the summer so it isn't "recent" in the sense of happening just in the past few weeks.

I think that there are at least two factors going on here, first, more AFD discussions are getting relisted which increases the number of deletion discussions on the daily log page. There are a couple reasons for that, the primary one being that we have fewer participants in AFD discussions these days so it's more difficult to arrive at a decisive closure decision in 7 days. Secondly, we've had several newer editors who have posted dozens of AFD discussions at a time, rather than doing a bundled nomination, and that results in more discussions per daily log page. Because of the investment of time editors put into evaluating articles/redirects/categories/templates for deletion consideration, we try to discourage that behavior.

Yes, Iljhgtn, Red-tailed hawk is correct. "Views" was Kept, "Positions" was Deleted and then "Views" was Moved to the "Positions" page title so "Views" became a Redirect. Hi, I haven't been around for a bit so forgive me if my understanding of page edit history preservation is no longer correct.

You CSD'd Reyna909/Yara Amaral, which was moved by User:Reyna909 from draftspace to mainspace, from where I merged the content from to Yara Amaral (diff: [10]). AFAIK, the standard procedure for merges is (was?) to use Template:R from merge, and keep the page, not because it is a useful redirect but because we must preserve the edit history. Now the edit history of User:Reyna909's contributions is gone.

Please let me know if I'm mistaken about policy, I performed the merge incorrectly, or if there's a way to correctly restore the edit history.

Hi Liz, you accused me of edit warring[11]. Category:Republic of Crimea was created on Nov 20. Republic of Crimea (and other pages) were added to the new category by the creator of the category on Nov 20 and on Nov 21 and by a third user on Nov 24. Each time I reverted them shortly afterwards, returning to status quo. The creator of the category started the discussion on Category_talk:Republic of Crimea immediately after my second revert. I continued the discussion at Talk:Republic_of_Crimea#A_new_category_for_this_? after leaving a link at the category talk. The creator of the category and other people took part in that discussion, and I was active there, too. On Nov 24, there were three participants (including myself) against the new category, two in favour, including the creator and the "third user" I mentioned above. Since consensus had not been reached, I saw the addition of a lot of pages to the new category as disruptive and reverted them.

As I see it, reverting to status quo while constructively taking part in the discussion is a perfectly normal and accepted behaviour. Meaning, you should not have templated me. Hi Liz! I don't know why I was looking but I noticed you removed my G4 tag from Draft:Tetramind, mentioning that WP:G4 doesn't apply to drafts. The CSD reads that draftspace is excepted "where the content was converted to a draft for explicit improvement (but not simply to circumvent Wikipedia's deletion policy)" (emphasis added). This draft was clearly circumvention of the deletion discussion: the draft creator made the only two comments supporting draftification in the discussion and tried to move it while the discussion was open, and then created the identical draft anyway a week after the discussion closed. They even copied the {{advert}} tag from the deleted article (their only edit to the draft since was removing it) so they obviously made a copy somewhere. Would you reconsider? • @Ivanvector: I don't think we can say that the sole reason for moving to draft was to circumvent deletion. Maybe the editor has a good faith intent to improve the draft, but hasn't gotten around to it. I would suggest restoring the {{advert}} and cautioning the editor against removing it until the issues are independently determined to have been resolved, and leaving it be. For what it's worth, I am substantially in agreement with Ivanvector. I saw your edit, Liz, and considered commenting on it to you, for a couple of reasons, including the fact that "G4 doesn't apply to Draft space" is far too broad and general a statement, but decided to leave it; however, now that I see that there has been further discussion I have decided to add my comment. Well, no, we can't: we can never be certain that we know the whole of another editor's motivation for an action, but taking account of the whole history, I think we can reasonably be confident that that is the main effect of the re-creation. I would myself have deleted it if Liz hadn't got there first, but it is clear that there is nothing like a consensus to do so, so it should remain for now. I am also surprised that none of you picked up the fact that it is an unattributed copy of the deleted article. I have rectified that by a dummy edit with attribution in the edit summary. Hi Liz, hope you're doing well. I have a question about an issue I'm considering bringing to RfC. I noticed that there was a significant spike in articles tagged as unreferenced in the past two months and realized that an editor had been tagging Canadian election templates (this, for example) as unreferenced and this was tagging the entire article as unreferenced. Many of these Canadian election templates were created by one editor over a year ago and they have remained largely unedited and unreferenced without issue until recently. It has created a weird patchwork of some templates tagged, most not tagged, and a surplus of otherwise well-sourced articles as being considered entirely unreferenced with duplicate redundant and inaccurate tags. I'm not sure if there's anything to be done other than to provide a citation for each template as it's been tagged but I wasn't sure if there's a specific guideline for how to cite templates or if it follows the same rules as citing articles. Inexplicably, it seems that no one wants to put Aadam for deletion or on a redirect discussion here. i went to read the deletion page but there are so many things to read and i really don't read them too much because all the rules are so long to read and everything it takes about 10 minutes to read all that and to me that's too much. i used to be an administrator and decided to step down precisely because of that. I understand that at least on surface it might seem as an edit of marginal importance, yet it may have some effects beyond the article in question. I would of course like to reinstate deleted categories before they themselves are removed for being empty, but I am not sure what was the core of your disagreement and I want to avoid any disruptive editing. It's primarily not clear for me what is the meritum of disagreement as you left the category of one successor state, while at the same time you removed some categories which are not nominated for deletion. No, we can't revert AFD decisions, Mach61. Deletion review is if an editor thinks an AFD closure was done inappropiately and wants the article restored to main space or the AFD relisted. But admin closers can restore a deleted article to Draft space if it's understood that the draft can not be moved to main space and it must go through AFC for review. Because a few of your edits and Cewbot's edits, ended up putting some talk pages in category redirect pages that were broken redirects. Categories like Category:Start-Class vital articles in Biological and health sciences, Category:Wikipedia level-5 vital articles in Biological and health sciences and Category:Stub-Class vital articles in Biological and health sciences. Category redirects should not contain any pages in them, they have to be empty categories. And because they were redirects pointing to target categories that had been deleted, category redirects that point to deleted categories are also deleted as broken redirects. So, I did what I did to remove any of the pages from them before deleting these broken category redirects. If you want to figure out an alternative solution, feel free to revert my edits. I admittedly don't know much about the tagging of talk pages so I just reverted the most recent edit to the page which seemed to cause the problem. Sorry for the inconvenience. Liz ^{Read! Well, it's part of the work that administrators do. I'm not picking out random articles to delete, almost all of the page deletions I do are articles, drafts, categories or files tagged by other editors as CSD speedy deletions, as the outcome of an AFD deletion discussion or a Proposed deletion. Many of the pages I delete are expired drafts, CSD G13s, which, by our policy guidelines, are deleted six months after the last human edit to the draft. These drafts are typically not tagged, they are just deleted after their "expiration date" passes. As an administrator, I do end up deleting a fair number of pages but there are admins who are more active than I (see User:JamesR/AdminStats).

I wonder how you even happen to come across my deletion log though. I looked at your User talk page and contributions and you haven't had any articles or drafts deleted so I didn't delete a page you created or even worked on. Did you just happen to be looking at the master Deletion log and happened to spot my username? I just wonder how I came to your attention. Thanks. Liz ^{Read! I ended up deleting that page as a CSD G12, not a G5. I'm kind of a stickler for G5s, I like to see that the page creator has been blocked as a sockpuppet of a block-evading editor before fulfilling a CSD request but that can be a challenge with IP accounts that jump around. For the avoidance of doubt: I fully endorse your closure of WP:Articles for deletion/Write-only language. My comment about "quantity of nonreliable sources" was inspired by an old version of WP:RS, which states, If multiple independent sources agree and they have either no strong reason to be biased, or their biases are at cross purposes, then you may have a reliable account.. It does, however, go on to limit this by saying, However, bear in mind that we only report what reliable publications publish. So, at least in 2006, a preponderance of questionable sources could have been used to establish a reliable account of the facts, as long as those sources were independent of each other, but not to report based on such findings.

Our current WP:RS also notes the importance of citation counts for academic work as a prima facie indicator of reliability. Not really relevant to that AfD, of course, but an example of how quantity is sometimes a useful proxy for quality, when it comes to assessing source reliability.

The important element to know is that CSD are very specific and limited. For CSD G5, please review Wikipedia:Criteria for speedy deletion#G5. Creations by banned or blocked users. Among the comment, it states This applies to pages created by banned or blocked users in violation of their ban or block, and that have no substantial edits by others. So, most pages that are deleted as CSD G5s have only or the primary contributions by the block-evading sockpuppet and no or few contributions from other editors. If other editors have made contributions to an article, it would not be a valid CSD G5 deletion.

G5s are actually one of the trickier CSD criteria, you have to know who the sockmaster is and the article has to be created after the sockmaster has been identified and blocked. So, you need to look at the date and time of article creation and the date and time that the sockmaster and the sockpuppet has been blocked. Just because this article doesn't qualify for a CSD G5 doesn't mean that it shouldn't be deleted. It just doesn't fit the G5 criteria.

While I believe I've read the relevant guideline pages about deletion and consensus, I'm relatively new to AfD so I would appreciate some clarification on your recent closure of Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Beep the Meep. That is, there definitely seemed to be a consensus to merge/redirect the page, but at least to me it didn't seem like there was a consensus on what the existing page should be. The OP suggested two possible options, and other users either agreed with those or agreed without specifying, and I had my own suggestion. While my suggestion wasn't the one chosen for the closure, I care less about that and more about how- at least to me- it didn't seem like a consensus had been reached yet.

And I'm aware consensus isn't just a vote; I just didn't sense much agreement on a particular option. But, a week had indeed passed, so was choosing one of a few options of a generally agreed-upon course of action a use of "rough consensus"? (If so, I feel that could be made clearer. And is an immediate closure based on rough consensus preferable to allowing a discussion to go on a bit longer?) Or is there something else I am missing? Thanks. So, you are concerned about Category:Wikipedia meetups in Australia 2024? It was tagged simply for being an empty category. This happens every day. It sits in a holding category for 7 days and if it is still empty after a week, it is deleted. If, during the week, it is no longer empty, then the tag is removed. But categories that are deleted for being empty can be recreated AT ANY TIME they become necessary. So, please, no worries. Nothing is going to happen for a week. I've been working with speedy deletion, PRODs and AFDs regularly now for about 3 years now. Articles like those, that are sourced about athletes, typically go to an AFD discussion. We have hundreds of thousands of articles on athletes who I don't think are significant but we have a heck of a lot of editors who work researching their background and finding sources. We typically use speedy deletion for newly created articles, not articles that have been around for years.

I'm sorry though that I reverted you. I typically remove the CSD tag, not use undo, but it's very late where I live and I'm getting ready to log off so I acted quickly. Typically in these situations, I'd just remove the tag and post a message on your talk page but, luckily, you came to my talk page instead. We can talk about this more in the future. But if you want to learn more about standard practices with speedy deletions, just look over the sort of articles that are tagged that are sitting in CSD categories like Category:Candidates for speedy deletion as importance or significance not asserted and other ones. So I have a problem and I'm not sure where to take this to. I don't want to make a fuss or anything if I'm wrong so I came here; I hope you don't mind.

There is a user in my talk page who is insisting that Washington, D.C. does not count as either a state or territory and, therefore, should not be included in the new realignment as decided in this Cfd: Wikipedia:Categories for discussion/Log/2023 December 1#Category:People from the United States by state.

The issue now is that they have been incredibly rude to myself and another user - see here for discussion - and undid many edits of mine where I was placing insular areas and D.C. categories into the renamed or soon to be (speedy) renamed categories... and I'm not entirely sure what to do now because they have threatened to report me if I do it again.

I may have a few (dozen) mistakes along the way as I am relatively new to categorization but, in this case, I believe I did nothing incorrectly so being threatened with escalation and the rudeness towards myself and another is completely unwarranted.

I don't think that koavf believes he is being rude but he is being persistent and ignoring your attempts to end the discussion. I think when you've been editing Wikipedia for 18 years and have made over 2 million edits, it gives an editor a certain level of confidence when interacting with less experienced editors. I've made a comment on your user talk page, hopefully that will end the discussion. I think in these situations, it helps to involve other editors and Mason did come to participate for a while.

The issue of category titles and assignment is very obscure, tied up with hundreds of past CFD discussions and there are probably a handful of editors who can recall when precedence was set. I wouldn't expect an editor who has been here a year to be able to address the questions that came up. To be resolved, this needs to either go back to CFD with a new nomination or an RFC somewhere on a category policy talk page. Unfortunately, there isn't as much activity on category talk pages as other policy areas so maybe it's best to find a way to frame this issue in a CFD nomination which is not obvious to me. The best solution right away is to move on to work on another subject. I know this doesn't resolve the dispute but maybe postpone this subject for a less hectice time of the year. I hope this helps. This was an oversight on my part. I just looked over the draft, saw that Josh had tagged it and I didn't look at it more carefully when I should have. I have restored it. Hi, first of all I want to thank you for handling deletion discussions because it can be a thankless job. As someone who did not participate in the discussion, I was wondering why the "no consensus" result was decided for Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Kyohei Ushio, as opposed to keep.

Understanding WP:NOTAVOTE, there were two keep votes plus one user agreeing with a keep, and no sentiments to delete the article (other than from the nominator). In the future, I think having a keep result on the record rather than no consensus could help any future editors better understand the result of the discussion because in my opinion it better describes the consensus. But I am open minded and curious about what you think.

User:बिनोद थारू found a yet another tactic to tear down the project. He is now redirecting articles to other articles that don’t cover or even mention the redirected content. For instance:

1. This redirect of Riding Facility, Riem to 1972 Summer Olympics, but the only mention of the riding facility there was a link to the article he redirected, creating a vicious circle where no information exists.
2. This redirect of Committee on International Security and Arms Control to National Academy of Sciences, but nothing about the Committee on International Security and Arms Control (CISAC) exists at the redirect, thus once again expunging information under the guise of redirects.

I reverted those two edits, Liz, since such tactics are clearly wikilawyering and are not what Wikipedia:Redirect are for; it creates only vicious circles (at best) or dead ends for our readers. बिनोद थारू created an article before he created his latest account, got it AfD'd, and is now exacting revenge; there’s the motive. This is vandalism, pure and simple. We don’t have to AGF when an editor’s repeatedly spits in your beer every time you turn your head, and then finds new ways to do so after he’s been caught. What I was looking for was simply Etymology of Gilgit–Baltistan. There wasn't any content, it was a Redirect to Gilgit-Baltistan#Etymology. The RFD that caused it to be deleted is Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion/Log/2021 December 19#Etymology of the Punjab, Pakistan, etc.. Also, I wasn't the admin who deleted that page. As for this template, I'm not sure what is possible here. It is very hard to recreate a page that has been deleted due to a deletion discussion, CSD G4. I know of two ways you can address this. 1) You can go to Deletion review and make a formal complaint that the TFD discussion wasn't closed properly or there are conditions now that make a recreation feasible or 2) I can restore this page to Draft space and you can submit it for review and, hopefully, approval by an Articles for Creation reviewer. They are not used to evaluating templates so it might take a while for it to be evaluated.

But I can't just restore it and have you start using it today. It will only be tagged for speedy deletion again and be deleted by a different administrator. So, let me know how you'd like to proceed. Liz ^{Read! Talk!} 04:08, 31 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

​Hi. AFC does not review templates. There are no criteria by which to do so. I am actually not aware of any established procedure for recreating deleted templates in particular. So, the next best things I can think of are, 1. arguing at deletion review that the deletion reason no longer applies. 2. recreating the template in such a way that it is not substantially similar to the deleted version. The deletion reason was that the template was not used and did not have documentation. So, doing either should have prevented G4. I have to ask, what is the status of Bollywood Hungama on the list of reliable sources, especially the list of ones from India? Sush150 is a longtime editor and I would guess familiar with the rules of adding external links and sources. I glanced at a few of their edits and they used other sources as well. Typically, in these types of complaints, the editor in question is a brand new editor who is trying to promote a media source or who is not familiar with sourcing guidelines but that doesn't seem to be the case here. If you think they are overusing this source, you could pose them a question or query about it on their User talk page. Or, if you have questions about whether or not this is a reliable source, it would be worth starting a discussion on the Reliable Source noticeboard. Can someone please tell me why my article got deleted? They say too soon but the same reviewer also reviewed my 2027 Netball World Cup page and that was fine, despite it being almost 2 years after the 2025 Women's World Floorball Championships would've ended. So, in my opinion, I think that it's a bogus excuse. Then you could say that the article was not very good, but I heavily improved it with many Czech articles giving me very useful information for the article. I'm sick of people making bogus arguments about this article and not giving a proper reason for its deletion. To me, it comes across as one of the reasons for the article being deleted is simply because it's Floorball, a relatively niche sport, and that if it was football, it would've been kept. Well, that article was deleted via Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/2025 Women's World Floorball Championships which just closed. You can see the reasons editors offered for its deletion in this discussion.

It's very hard to overcome an AFD delete decision, the only way I know is to create a draft version and submit it to WP:AFC for review. The AFC reviewer will see if the new draft has overcome the problems pointed out at the AFD discussion. But since it is a 2025 event, it might just be TOOSOON for this article to be in main space. At least, the article was moved to Draft space instead of being tagged for CSD G4 speedy deletion. I don't think taking this route through Draft space is a "waste of time", it's how articles that have been deleted through AFD discussions are recreated.

One last thought though, if it is too soon for an article about an 2025 event, you might keep a draft in your User space like a sandbox, then you don't have to worry about it being deleted through CSD G13 speedy deletion. I realize this is not the answer you wanted to hear but it's what I know from working on this project and seeing many, many articles and drafts deleted through the CSD, PROD and AFD processes. If you would like to move it anyway, the move dialog works like this: below the "new title" line are two boxes. The first is a drop-down where you select a "namespace" (the part of the title before the colon). All Wikipedia pages live in one of these namespaces, including articles (which the dropdown indicates by "(Article)", since the titles of articles don't include the namespace). The second box is for the rest of the title. Right now, the page is in the "Draft:" namespace, and has the title "World Rafting Federation". I see you reverted the renaming of Embassy of Angola, Ottawa. That name is incorrect, so fixing it is a major part of keeping the article. Could you point to the policy that articles cannot be renamed mid-AFD? I don't know if I can locate a line in policy but at this point, I've closed hundreds if not thousands of AFD discussions and I'm in line with practice. Articles are not supposed to be moved to different page titles in the middle of an AFD discussion primarily because it messes up the relisting and closing process which uses XFDCloser. It doesn't understand when the article is at a different page title than the AFD page title and it takes extra time to clean up the mess.

I assume that this is what started this practice and I can only guess that in your admin career, you haven't closed many deletion discussions since we moved to using XFDCloser. That's where the practice has come from and when pages are moved during an AFD discussion, admins and participating editors routinely moved them back to their original location. This is not just a quirk I follow. But I'll look into whether or not it has been mentioned anywhere in official policy. It closed with consensus that "moving a page within mainspace is a perfectly possible way to improve an article while it is being nominated for deletion". GNIS does not establish notability; reference 2 is a trivial mention as a site of river data collection; reference 3 is an unreliable GNIS regurgitator, and reference 4 is both broken and unreliable (WordPress). This appears to have just been a railway point beside the hydroelectric station; no other information found.)

I had not visited the Farad wiki page in a very long time and hadn't been aware that some of its information or links were considered too stale, unimportant, or unreliable for the page to stay published. Several of the recent visitors to the Farad FB page had alerted me to the absence of the Wiki page we linked to. Could you please undelete it for a while so I may attempt to fix these issues and add some new relevant information about it?

For instance, the history of the Farad power house (It was the first working hydroelectric power station on the east side of the Sierra mountain range, and was built to provide reliable power to Virginia City, NV and the equipment used in silver mining operations around the city), presence of a public, unmaintained hot spring-fed soaking pool, the maintained hiking trails, and that it's a good fishing spot. The location, sometimes referred to as Mystic, has a marked and well-maintained set of ramps along Interstate 80. It hosted a small settlement of men who were involved in building and maintaining the power station and its related upstream infrastructure for several years. People visit the place every day to explore, rest, hike, fish, and learn about its history from maintained information kiosk. I assure you, it's more than an unremarkable spot along a railway.

Since the last time I visited the Wiki page and created my own page for Farad on Facebook, I've found many more articles and pages with valuable and verifiable information about Farad's history and things it provides, and hope to update the wiki page accordingly. In regard to your questions, that draft editor was User:ECA-F20. It was their only edit in October 2020 and they posted a full article on this subject in their draft. When that happens, it often means that the content was cut and pasted from another source but since it wasn't submitted to AFC, it was never checked for possible copyright violations. As for the date, drafts that are deleted via CSD G13 have their last edit to the page 6 months prior to the deletion date if that helps you in the future.

I believe the following articles are significant, independent, reliable, and secondary sources proving Village Enterprise's notability: Devex's coverage of the results from the Village Enterprise Development Impact Bond (the first impact bond for poverty alleviation in Africa), Fast Company's World Changing Ideas Award for Village Enterprise, Mercy Corps, and IDinsight for their joint DREAMS initiative to serve refugees living in extreme poverty, coverage of Village Enterprise's business and saving group model and the impact it is having on an entrepreneur named Salome Lodis in Kenya in Nation, and coverage of Village Enterprise's poverty graduation model and results in an article on the poverty graduation approach in Vox (this article features multiple organizations and studies but significant attention is paid to Village Enterprise. The organization is also written about in this SSIR article from 2013. There was also a Brookings event on the Village Enterprise Development Impact Bond results — multiple stakeholders from the project were part of a panel, including Village Enterprise's Taddeo Muriuki.

While I'm not sure that sourcing is sufficient, others may disagree. In order to make this sourcing stand out, I'd remove things like the founders' pledge and charity newswire which add to volume of sourcing but don't add to notability. I relisted the discussion since it had such low participation so I don't think I can immediately close it now. But please wait until it closes which should be in a day or two.

I really apologize for how long this discussion has been open, we don't have as many admins and NAC editors closing discussions on MFD and, in fact, I've only closed 2 or 3 myself. I'm sorry that you find the atmosphere on Wikipedia toxic. Over the 10 years I've been editing the project, I've taken two breaks, early on for 6 months and later for 2 years until I returned in 2018. I found myself involved in disputes with editors that looked like they would last a lifetime but when I returned both times, those editors had moved on from editing. The AFD was closed as a Soft Delete so the answer is "Yes". However, I'd like to ask you where you would like it to be restored. If I restore it to Draft or User space, then you'd be free to work on improving the article at your leisure. If I restore it to main space, you run the risk of it being renominated at a second AFD where, according to our guidelines, it can't be Soft Deleted again so if it was a Delete closure, it would be very difficult to restore it again. I didn't check all of those pages but I'm assuming they are copies of main space articles posted in User space? That is definitely discouraged. So far, the editor has not responded to your message.

Honestly, I don't think it's worth you pursuing this matter even though you are probably right. WP:MFD has its own unwritten rules and regulars and what I've noticed is that they frown on editors who patrol other editor's User pages and judge it to be unproductive busywork. They usually Keep nominated User pages unless they are clear violations of CSD G5 or they have content that violates BLP guidelines or has racist or other offensive content. We have millions and millions of User pages that probably merit deletion for being abandoned and useless but it's extremely difficult to get them deleted unless they can be CSD G5'd or have objectionable content. It's to the point where no one even proposes their deletion through a new CSD criteria any more, I imagine because veteran editors would argue against it. I don't see that you made any edits to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Discovery of the nonmetals so I'm unclear on what might have gone wrong.

I don't know if you've noticed but I think about 5% of the time, XFDcloser screws up the relisting of AFD discussions. It happened to me last night. XFDcloser either a) doesn't remove the AFD from the current day's AFD daily log (1/3/23) or b) it doesn't repost the AFD on the future AFD daily log (1/10/23) or c) the worst, it removes the AFD from the current daily log and doesn't post the AFD on the future daily log. We used to have one or two editors who used to hunt down AFD discussions that fell through the cracks like this and just disappeared from the daily logs but I think they've moved on to other tasks. Unless the nominator keeps track of them, AFD discussions can linger on, unclosed for months if they are not reposted to the future AFD daily log. Luckily, this doesn't happen that often. I've meant to post about this at Wikipedia talk:XFDcloser but questions there often go unresponded to so I guess the developers are AWOL. Liz <sup>Read! I've also found that the relist function sometimes fails, I've now started checking to make sure it edits the new log to paste it on to avoid having debates end up in the void. It redirected to William Macintyre (racing driver) which was deleted as a redirect from main space to Draft space, CSD R2. That article was moved to Draft:William Macintyre where you can find the articles and continue to work on it. Liz, remember when I told you how much time Twinkle's batch-undelete feature can save? Now you can see for yourself! I put the list of deleted userboxes at User:Extraordinary Writ/sandbox7, so if you go to that page, choose "Und-batch" from the Twinkle menu, and enter your reason, it should undelete all 92 pages for you in short order. It unfortunately doesn't remove the deletion tags, but you should be able to do that fairly quickly by just rollbacking the relevant edits. Let me know if you run into any issues. Happy to help. I don't think Twinkle can mass-tag pages. AWB is definitely a possibility, or they could just be opening pages in multiple tabs and tagging them all at once, or there could be some other script I'm not familiar with. Well, they are instances like the one here that I responded to incorrectly, editors/admins mass-tagging pages CSD G5 or mass-tagging empty categories CSD C1. Looks like the userboxes were all tagged manually. Usually the diff will tell you if Twinkle, AWB, JWB, etc. were used, although that isn't foolproof. I have blocked User:Alexhardy20 because they violated Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure guidelines. I believe your article is still available in Draft space at Draft:Henry Gendus. You can always go to your User page and look at your Contributions (in the left-hand column of the page). For your information, an editor, especially a very new editor, can not get a page deleted. They can "tag" a page to be considered for deletion but all tagged pages are reviewed by an administrator first. I'm not sure how they even came across your draft and tracked you down. It might be because you use the same username across platforms. Well, the important thing to know is that there are resources (some much much better than me!) that you can go to for help. Wikipedia has an awful lot of pages about policies and guidelines, plus a Manual of Style and it is a lot to absorb for new editors. What you don't want to do is to move a draft to the main space of the project too soon, that is what Alexhardy20 did and that can result in an article deletion. Draft space is a safe space you can work in to improve the article. The only reason it would be deleted is if it is seen as advertising or too promotional. Liz <sup>Read! Yes, we have a policy about not retaining empty categories, ones that are not being used, on the project. There are a few exceptions to this policy guideline including category redirects, category disambiguation pages and categories associated with WikiProjects that are empty at some times but might be used in the future. Those WikiProject categories are tagged {{emptycat}} to mark that the categories might be occasionally empty.

I have seen some User language categories that have the "empty cat" tag on them but please only use it for categories that realistically will be occupied by a User page. Not every level of language proficiency for every obscure language should have its own category page if it's unlikely that we will see new editors coming in with that specific language fluency. So, it's a judgement call and I ask that you not overuse the tag and to be realistic. I hope this helps explain how we handle empty categories on the project. Thank you. Liz <sup>Read! I can restore Mahmoud Al Aswad to Draft space but you need to submit it to WP:AFC for review and, hopefully, acceptance. If it gets moved right back to main space, it likely will be tagged for CSD G4 speedy deletion. This is standard practice when restoring articles that have been deleted through AFD and this was an easy Delete decision based on the participation.

The answer is more complicated than you might realize. When an admin deletes an article through an AFD discussion, XFDCloser removes links and sometimes the entire mention of the deleted article subject. It's possible to go mention by mention through a list and make individual choices. But admins don't actually go to each article where there is a mention, we are working through the editing tools that were developed to do acts like close deletion discussions and this is how XFDCloser works.

If however, the article was deleted through Proposed deletion or tagged for a CSD criteria, most often Twinkle is used for those deletion. With Twinkle, there is an option to remove red links but not the mentions of the article subject. When I was a new administrator, I was told that I was always supposed to remove red links for deleted articles but it's that's not policy, it's just a practice I was told to do. But other admins do not use the option to remove red links. Or they use the Drop Down menu to select Page>Delete and fill in the reason for deletion and delete a page that way. This old-fashioned method doesn't do anything with broken red links or mentions unless the admin chooses to take the time to see "What links here" but I don't know how often that is done with admins who handle a lot of page deletions.

So, that's the backside of deleting a page. And when your workload invoves deleting dozens or even hundreds of pages each day, it becomes more and more unfeasible to visit each article that has a mention of a deleted article subject. I think the situation might be different and we would be handling things the old-fashioned way if we had more admins each helping out a little bit in deletions instead of a smaller number of admins who handle the bulk of them. But given the smaller number of active admins and the tendency of many of us to specialize in certain areas, this is the system that has evolved. My logic is that if you make a list about "People who climbed Everest" you may not find every single entry valid for having an article, but if you make a list, you certainly must include them all, weather deserving a wikipedia article, or not. See my point? This player may not deserve an article by himself, but he played in the mentioned league so he should not be erased from the list. We include them all that fit the inclusion criterium and link the ones having articles and leave unlinked the ones that dont.   @Star Mississippi, the deletion instructions for AFD come from Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Administrator instructions. Analogous instructions are also at WP:CSD and WP:PROD, both of which happen to be policy, making those instructions policy also. AFD instructions page does not have a PAG status. However, I am confident that despite their policy status, CSD and PROD pages inherit those instructions simply from WP:Deletion process which has guideline status. It also happens to have a decent number of watchers. As such, the first discussions should probably be had there. Discussions would only make sense if anybody disagrees with the policies and instructions as they are, or thinks them unclear. Since it would affect established deletion processes, multiple policy pages and presumably multiple automated tools, any change would require a WP:CENT RFC. Well, in this case, Drmies removed the solitary content of this category which then caused it to become empty. We have a script you can use to see any recent additions or removals from a category but it only goes back about a week or about 20-25 items. As for a concerted effort to empty categories on a particular subject, that actually happens, usually on a small level (like emptying a category that only hold one article) but I think anything of the scale you're thinking about would probably go through a CFD discussion. I doubt that Drmies had anything to do with the other categories that were deleted as empty categories. But you can either install the script yourself so you can see who is emptying these categories or you can bring them to me and I can see if there are any editors are trying to eliminate "Mass Media" categories. I saw your message on my talk page about Nuvolo. I probably shouldn't have moved it back to mainspace, but they only moved it back to draftspace after I AfDed it. They originally moved it to mainspace themselves because it kept getting rejected at AfC (once by me, and also 3 other reviewers). Obviously page creators are allowed to not go through AfC so that's fine. If a page creator moves a page back to draftspace during an AfD, should I close the AfD as draftified or withdraw the nom since it's no longer relevant? Sorry about that. Several times I day, I run a query to find empty categories and then I tag them CSD C1. I didn't really notice when they were created, all I knew is that they became empty since I last ran the query a few hours ago. If you expect them to not be empty, please revert all of my talk page notices and I'll untag the categories as they no longer are empty. Usually when we have a lot of suddenly empty categories, it's because some articles, categories or templates have been deleted in AFD/CFD/TFD discussions. But it happens all of the time so that didn't seem unusual to me.

I apologize if I overwhelmed your User talk page. It's just a coincidence that you created a whole bunch of categories right before I ran the empty category query and they all got listed. Hi Liz - I notice that you have recently tagged around a hundred pages for speedy deletion. As you may be aware, the new Category page recently had a lengthy backlog (I think it was around 300-400, which took several weeks to clear). Tagging a category for speedy deletion within an hour of it being created isn't helpful - by definition there are at least 3 pages that can be added to the category, per the nomination. it could also be that the person nominating the category was away from Wikipedia for a few days, and it would be easy for them to come back and miss the whole thing, so that it's already deleted before they can start work. Well, it comes down to this. I didn't delete any article with this title that I can see. No content has been deleted, you can find it at Draft:Robert B. Martin Jr.. The next step is to work on the draft, submit it to Articles for Creation when you think it is "ready" and, if you have a Conflict-of-interest, you need to declare it on your User page. It's better to be honest about this, it's not bad to have a COI if you disclose it but being a "undisclosed paid editor" can result in an indefinite block.

Hi Liz - Could you possibly restore Category:Native American people from the San Francisco Bay Area, which you just deleted a few hours ago, so it can be re-listed at CFD? The reason I'm making this request at all is because I asked the Closing editor (User:Qwerfjkl), a couple of days ago to please re-list the CFD - which had no actual discussion - before it got listed for merging at WP:CFDW. I was dearly hoping to avoid having to go thru Deletion Review.

User:Qwerfjkl was good enough to tell me, "There is no rush; the category can always be restored. I am happy to reopen the discussion if you give a reason why it should be kept." I unfortunately construed that to mean that he/she would hold off putting it into the queue for merging long enough for me to put together a halfway decent explanation/rationale for keeping it. (Which took me longer than expected due to some urgent family issues I needed to attend to.)

Okay, here's the abbreviated article page history. The draft article was first created in 2018, moved to main space and deleted after Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Caroline Henry. There was a discussion about a redirect that was deleted via Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion/Log/2021 April 16#Caroline Henry. The last version of an article was created on May 8, 2021 by User:D.j.atherton. It was moved from main space to Draft space on September 18, 2021 by User:Scope creep with the edit summary Not ready for mainspace, incubate in draftspace. Effectively unsourced for a BLP. The last edit to the draft was on October 24, 2022 by User:Moondragon21 and I deleted this abandoned draft six months later on April 24, 2023 which is speedy deletion policy (CSD G13). I have no idea where any of these editors are based. You can make guesses based on the userboxes they display but many times those are out-of-date or reflect an editing interest and not the places where editors live.

But since this article was deleted as a CSD G13, you can go to WP:REFUND and request that it be restored. If it is, you should submit it to Articles for Creation for review and not simply move it to main space as it can otherwise be deleted, CSD G4, as an article recreated that was deleted through AFD. Hi. I am not sure if this is the correct way to respond or not. On 1 November 2023 you edited my talk page and accused me of using multiple accounts. I am not intentionally doing that, but it appears there are two accounts, Padd13ear and Padd13ear (usurped), the latter of which was renamed from a former name. Hey there Liz, Hope you're doing great. Lately, I've noticed there are some administrators who are cracking down against editors working for Pakistani television series and films. Do you have more than one account that has been blocked? If so, then you ARE a sockpuppet. Maybe not of Nauman335 but you are committing block evasion. Be honest and accept that you are responsible for that. In that case, stop editing and take advantage of the Standard Offer.

Hello Liz! Thanks for reaching out to me last week or so about the concern with some of the CSD nominations of pages with incorrect parentheses. I responded a couple hours later at User talk:Utopes#WP:RFD; I'm not sure if you saw this, it's alright if not, but I was in full agreement with you re: the notion that "G6" should not be used as a "catch-all" criteria. To re-emphasize, I am completely with you that using G6 as a deletion-bypass / "just-delete-this-error button" can be a dangerous practice if due diligence is not maintained.

That all being said, I could very well be misinterpreting / poorly explaining this criterion, so hopefully you can help me out to see where things are going astray 😅. I talked about the exact wording of the G6 error message I've used for tagging, but what I was specifically looking at, from Template:db-error, is: "This may meet [the CSD criteria]... as a redirect left over from moving a page that was obviously created at the wrong title". For all of the pages I've put up for CSD in this batch (link), these have specifically been redirects that were created by way of page moves from obviously incorrect titles, moved at the same time as creation, and if the page existed at the title for ANY significant period longer than a day or so, I would nominate it for RfD (alongside the rest of the 50 bundled throughout the last few hours).

Thanks again for the heads-up and alerts about a potential awry situation. It's my absolute goal to ensure that the proper venues are used where appropriate, and wanted to ask about these. At the end of the day, it would have technically been a lot easier for me to mass-nominate at the RfD venue (and I would've been able to finish tonight 🫠), but instead I was thoroughly vetting out four different possibilities for every single redirect, which took me 2+ hours to put together the RfD in question. I've been checking for alternatives to deletion via movement at every juncture, been looking into the page histories and checking to see if G6 or G7 were applicable (many were, to my understanding. and tagged as such), confirming that links aren't breaking, that there's no valuable history (if there was history, I would forgo RfD entirely), and if it was a brand new page-creation at the title, I would nominate for RfD due to it being an intentional creation and NOT an error, meaning G6 wouldn't apply.

I thoroughly appreciate your time and energy for answering 🙏. Perhaps there is a silver lining as it'll simplify my workflow, (as I used to have RfD be a one-stop-shop for disambiguation-error cases like these) but I wanted to get your feedback on this (as well as my response to yours on my talk page) as it would have maybe saved a bit of time, haha. I've mostly stayed out of blocking people so far apart from a bunch of spam/promotional editing (I'm very new to the whole admin thing). I think it's worth considering that this specific case might have been a bit different as it wasn't quite as blatant as a lot of the stuff I was seeing in the CSD queue, it could have been a kid that was just obsessed about their favourite Minecraft channels. Maybe a bit more of a cautious approach would've been warranted, y'know? My concern was just the sheer scale and how they weren't slowing down, and there was another editor before you that tried to give similar advice. But I'm always willing to listen to other viewpoints. :)

I'm confident I have resolved all of the issues and properly cited sources and the subject does definitely meet the notability requirements. Thanks to you I was able to then re-submit my draft for review and when I did a few weeks ago it said it was taking 4 weeks because there were a number of submissions requiring review. Last week I checked again and it said 5 weeks. And now it says 6 weeks. But the number of submissions for review has barely changed? My question is, do the drafts get reviewed in the order that they were submitted? And every time I add/change a minor thing it gets bumped to the bottom? I assume you're discussing Draft:Romy Fay? I added a category to it that might attract reviewers who work on music articles. That might bring some attention. Unfortunately, there is no way to prompt your draft to the top of any pile because editing is a voluntary action and AFC reviewers pick among drafts they want to review. What interests one reviewer will not be interesting to other reviewers. Any most reviewers will not review drafts upon request.

I have noticed that really bad drafts get reviewed and declined quickly because they are easy to spot and rule on. When a draft has a lot of references that have to be checked, it can take time for a reviewer to get around to it because it will be more time-consuming. But I can say that statement and then come across an AFC reviewer who dives into those drafts. I do know we have a shortage of reviewers which is part of the reason for the long delays. And the fact that your draft has been declined several times already might discourage a reviewer from plunging in.

I don't mean these observations to discourage you. You just need to have some patience. The only action I can think of is to approach past AFC reviewers and DON'T ASK FOR THEM TO REVIEW your draft, just ask if your editing has resolved the problems they saw in their earlier review. They are likely to decline to review it again but they might be able to look it over and offer some helpful advice on whether you have addressed problems they saw. Sorry not to have a "magic pill" that can put your draft at the front of the line but we are all independent editors and to be honest, that line doesn't exist. First, although Tooncool64 has recently become more active, they are not a brand new editor (if you are talking about what happened with This Is Pop Music). One of my regular tasks is tagging and deleting empty categories and many of them become empty when articles are converted into redirects and the categories are removed. This is despite the fact that redirects can have categories but typically the whole page is blanked. But it happens fairly regularly, especially by a few active editors. The action is called BLARring and you can find some information about the practice on that policy page.

I don't know any specific guideline against making this change but I do know that if BLARring is challenged by another editor, it should be reverted. Aside from becoming familiar with a few of the editors who regularly BLAR articles, I don't know of a way to track when this happens. My only other observation is that frequently, BLARring is done in response to a Proposed deletion tagging, editors who review PRODs find BLARring is preferable to article deletion, as Tooncool64 mentioned.

The good thing about BLARring is that it can easily be undone. Deletion can be undone, too, under certain circumstances, but you need to go to WP:REFUND or ask an admin for help. So, in one sense, it is better to convert an article to a redirect, at least until more sources can be found, rather than tagged for speedy deletion. All I can advise is to keep tabs on your Watchlist so you are aware when this happens to articles you are "following". I hope this helps. Liz <sup>Read! To be honest, I was uncertain about some of these PRODs. Not including page numbers in a reference is not a valid rationale for article deletion. But these articles concerned a specific period of history in an area of the world where we don't have a lot of editors who are knowledgable about the military history to confirm and verify the sources provided, all of which were in old, foreign language books. If the information had been more easily verified, I would have untagged the articles. But, at least with PRODs, we can always restore the articles upon request.

I have wanted to post a notice on the WikiProject Military History talk page to ask about these regional battle articles. We seem to have acquired dozens of them over the past year and we don't have enough editors who can competently review them. Just to let you know about the whole process, i was uncertain about at least some of those pages too, that's why i raised my concerns about 4 months ago on my talk page and pinged some knowledgeable editors about that. One of them (HistoryofIran) shared my concerns about these articles. Thus i spent a lot of time in the last 4 months trying to check the sources, their quality, as well as what they say exactly. The lack of page number was not the only issue with those sources, i tried to be concise for the reviewing admin and left a short note in my PROD tag, but as you said, the sources were also exclusively in foreign language (Turkish) and it is a quite well-known fact that Turkish source suffer from some systemic biases, they were old, without page number and, often, misrepresented. That's why, after 4 months, i decided to tag those articles. I have no problem to continue this discussion with the relevant editors. Hello, I see that you've deleted the article Bluechair which now redirects to Shen (cartoonist). I see that the reason is that it does not contain encyclopedic content. First, I am an admin. Secondly, Bluechair wasn't an article I deleted, it was a simple redirect from main space to Draft space which we regularly delete as CSD R2s. So, no content was deleted, it was just a page with a link. The draft page it directed to, Draft:Bluechair, was deleted but you will have to talk to the admin who deleted that draft about page restoration. I can't speak for all administrators but it is not uncommon for an admin to tag an article for speedy deletion rather than deleting it themselves. I know for CSD A7, I like for another administrators to review the article and see if they agree with my assessment. There are some criteria, like G5, G10, G11, G7 or G12 which are straightforward. The pages ovviously meet the criteria. But assessing whether ot not there is a credible claim of significance to a article subject is a bit subjective so I like to get a second opinion. Personally, I think this is a good thing and I've seen other admins, some more experienced than I am, tag articles rather than deleting them. Liz <sup>Read! To be honest, no, I'm not sure. It's just that yesterday I encountered a new editor who was moving a lot of articles to page titles that were shorter versions of the original page name. So, if the individual was named Susannah Abbott Cooper, they'd move it to Susannah Cooper just because it was shorter, not because that's the name that was used in the sources. And when they moved all of these articles, they wouldn't change the content of the article to indicate that a different name was being used. So, I've been looking at some of their many article page moves and if, in the article, the individual is identified as Susannah Abbott Cooper, I've moved it back from Susannah Cooper. But I'm not looking into every single source so there might be a lack of agreement on the subject's name. If you disagree, feel free to move it back. But when I looked over this editor's page moves, it looks like they were just moving articles to eliminate middle names or initials or maiden names when this might be how the subject was identified.

Does this make sense? I watch the Move log a lot and I've found that many new editors are emboldened by the ability to move articles/pages and go a little overboard without due consideration of whether or not an article should actually be moved. But also, someone will always be identified in the lead by their fullest name and there is nothing in an article to indicate which version they commonly used, so the choice of article title isn't obvious from the content but will usually be shorter than what is in the lead. Well, PamD, there is some information on the page history of a different redirect Eleonara Amalia Maria Adelborg about that page being moved but it turns out I thought I was reverting a move that actually didn't happen! I know that I was looking at the Move log and saw a new editor moving a lot of articles with moves that didn't seem based in naming guidelines. So, I reverted some of the bad page moves and I guess I mistakenly thought this one was part of that moving binge. Title says it all. Some of their renaming might be "according to Hoyle" (and maybe even Wikipedia lol) but some...well, two specifically that I have noticed - the Eliza Park Custis Law article being changed to Eliza Law and Loris Ohannes Chobanian's article being changed to Loris Chobanian...that's a Nope from me, but maybe I'm wrong. I had noticed you recently posted on their user talk about some previous renaming (when I posted on their user talk about Eliza after I posted on the now Talk:Eliza Law). Would welcome your thoughts. Just recently a bunch of disruptive page moves were made, and I don't know where the history is now, but the history should be restored to this title to avoid backdoor deletion. My edit history has a contribution with that AFD in its edit summary, so hopefully that makes things easy to find. If you look at my deleted contributions there should be a recent one that mentions Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/2023–24 Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League in the edit summary, so maybe that will help.
