Fawzi Abdul Rahim Ahmed al-Gharaibeh[1] (1943 in Huwwarah, Irbid – )[2] is a Jordanian academic, primarily recognized for his notable contributions to the fields of education and business administration. Over the course of his career, he has held key positions in academia and government, leaving a significant impact on both fronts.

His notable roles include serving as President of the University of Jordan from 1991 to 1998, followed by his tenure as Jordan's Minister of Education from 1998 to 1999. Beyond his contributions in Jordan, Gharaibeh's influence extends to founding and chairing Al-Sharqiyah University in Oman from 2009 to 2014, and his involvement in the establishment of University of Petra.
