Lewis Baxter (born 1 June 2002) is a professional rugby league footballer who plays as a second-row or prop for Whitehaven RLFC in the RFL Championship, on 2-weeks short-term loan from Leigh Leopards in the Betfred Super League.
Playing Career
[edit]St Helens
[edit]Baxter made his first team début for Saints (Heritage No. 1274) in April 2022 against the Castleford Tigers.[2] On 21 Sep 2023, it was announced that Baxter would be departing St Helens at the end of the 2023 Super League season.[3]
Leigh Leopards
[edit]On 14 Oct 2023 it was confirmed that he would be joining Leigh Leopards for the 2024 season on a 1-year deal.[4]
Whitehaven RLFC (loan)
[edit]On 12 Jul 2024 it was reported that he had signed for Whitehaven RLFC in the RFL Championship on 2-weeks short-term loan[5]
