We have a new ED as this "flailing" was widely recognized. Moral at the foundation is much better now than this time last year. I am still unsure about this strategic planning. Since the WMF is an umbrella for many projects, for both content and infrastructure, shouldn't the projects' leadership and communities be asked to make strategic plans?
