I like to request the page mover rights to my account in order to correct some article that need to be fixed like switching a correct title of an article with a foreign language like the French entitled article to its proper title capitalisation per WP:CAPITALISATION. • I don't see any problematic moves, but it looks like you have made only a few moves overall (7 in the last 3 years), so it is difficult to ascertain your familiarity with other naming conventions. Are there many examples of this type of issue that need to be corrected and cannot be performed due to redirects, or are there just a few that could be done via WP:RMTR?
