Lamivudine/tenofovir disoproxil, sold under the brand name Cimduo or Temixys among others, is a fixed-dose combination antiretroviral medication for the treatment of HIV/AIDS in adults and children weighing more than 35 kilograms (77 lb).[1] It contains lamivudine and tenofovir disoproxil.[1] In the United States, it was approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in February 2018, for the treatment of HIV-1 infection.[1][2] It is taken by mouth.[1]
