The username gives the game away: "Dhaneesh Ram M V" pretty obviously equals the previously blocked "Ram Dhaneesh". For extra credit, the new account has started editing Salem City Municipal Corporation, an article that Ram Dhaneesh had frequently edited. CU is available if needed, although I think the behavioral evidence should be more than sufficient.
